Join our school garden and harvest project! We're sanding garden beds and digging irrigation canals, as well as weeding, cleaning, raking rocks, and preparing our gardens for the Fall Harvest. WHAT TO EXPECT: Gardening/Landscaping Project No gardening experience is necessary - we'll provide guidance and all the tools you'll need. Wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty, sturdy closed-toe shoes, and bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Please feel free to bring gardening gloves if you prefer this option. You'll work alongside fellow volunteers and may interact with enthusiastic students or teachers. Expect to spend 3-4 hours working outside, so be prepared for the weather. It's physically active work, and you'll see the results of your labor immediately.
